RETURNS POLICY

We recommend trying the garments on as soon as possible without removing the tags.

Where an exchange of size or style is required, we recommend you place an order online for the replacement garment(s), and let us know a return is underway.

Sale goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided:

  • They are returned within 7 days of receipt with a copy of the packing slip, or other proof of purchase
  • Garments must be returned in saleable condition suitable for returning to stock, unworn, unused, and undamaged; with tags and packaging, we can help to repackage if you have trouble with this
  • Branding has not been fixed to the garment

Freight charges for returns are at the customer’s expense. We recommend you use a courier with a trackable service. We do not refund garments that are lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Once processed, you will receive a credit note by email.

If garments are faulty or you have received the wrong garments, call us on 0800 50 70 90 and we will arrange our courier to collect the parcel, at our expense.
