Body Measurement – using a tape measure allowing one finger between body and tape.

Chest – Measure under your arms, across shoulder blades and around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist – measure around your natural waistline

Hips – measure around the fullest part of your hips (about 20 – 24cm down from your waist), standing naturally.

Garment Comparison Measurement

Lie flat a garment your already wear.

Chest - measure 1cm below sleeve join, from side seam to side seam.

Rural delivery – allow 3-4 days following dispatch.

For a full refund or exchange, here is what you need to do.

Return garments within 7 days of receipt.
Return garments in the same condition they were received.
Return garments in the original packaging, including tags. We can help to repackage if you have trouble with this.
Fill out returns/re-order form and send with garments to The Uniform Centre, 17b Regent St, Petone, Wellington 5012
Freight charges for returns is at the customer’s expense. We recommend you use a courier with a trackable service. We do not refund garments that are lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed in the same way that the payment was made to us, within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Once processed you will receive a credit note by email.

Sale goods and branded garments cannot be returned unless faulty.

If garments are faulty or you have received the wrong garments, call us on 0800 50 70 90 and we will arrange our courier to collect the parcel, at our expense.

Sample garments can be ordered online by adding to the cart, and paying by credit card or bank transfer.

Garments can be kept or returned for a full refund within 7 days as per our returns policy.
