We offer free shipping New Zealand wide on all orders over $200. Orders less then $200 we charge $10.00 + GST, Rural addresses we charge $14.00 + GST. All orders to Waiheke Island $25.00 + GST
Most orders will arrive within 5 working days. Allow a further 2 days if you live in a rural area. If garments are being branded, allow approx. 10 working days. If you have a deadline to meet, please let us know and we will do our best to meet it.
Made-to-order items will take longer.
If the garments you order are out of stock, we will contact you with a delivery date or offer a substitute style.
Yes. For business and team customers, a credit card is requested for security if you have not purchased from us before. Individuals are required to pay prior to dispatch, but are able to return garments within 7 days for a full refund less freight if the garments are not suitable.

All garments can be returned within 7-days of receipt, unless the garments have been monogrammed or the garments have been sold on a no-return basis. (This would have been discussed at the time of purchase.)

We do not have reps on the road as such, but are happy to arrange visits to larger businesses by arrangement. We do have an "On Approval" service to anywhere in New Zealand which allows you to view garments prior to purchase.
